Physical Therapy at ErgoMomics

What to expect

At ErgoMomics, all our PT sessions are one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and our treatments are tailored to meet your individual needs. Whether you see us for a general orthopedic concern or care during pregnancy/postpartum recovery, we don't just focus on lessening pain. We take the time to analyze the way you move to root out the cause of your setbacks and, with your goals in mind, develop a plan to help improve how you move. We strive to empower you and provide you the tools you need to move in ways that are meaningful to you.

Obstetric Physical Therapy

At ErgoMomics, seeing a CAPP-OB certified PT is a wonderful act of self care. We've been specifically trained to apply all our PT know-how and movement analysis skills to address conditions and concerns commonly seen during pregnancy, the birth process, and postpartum recovery. Conditions like...

 -Low back pain

 -Pelvic pain

 -Post cesarean rehab

 -Overuse injuries (wrist pain, etc.)

 -Diastasis rectus abdominus

 -Incontinence prevention

A certified obstetric PT will have a greater awareness of what interventions are safest and most helpful to help you move better and feel more like yourself during pregnancy and beyond. Whether you're pregnant with your first child or 20 years postpartum, we love to teach you to confidently care for your body so you can physically tackle the never ending to-do lists that come with caring for a growing family.
